Full balances are due in full by May 31.
Those registering after May 31 will need to pay in full when registering.
We will never cancel unpaid registrations without first reaching out in at least two methods.
While we continue to work on automating processes, it currently takes us quite some time to process payments and communicate with all 1000+ participants.

When you make a payment with this link, you will get an automated email receipt. If you don’t see one, please check your spam folder. If you still don’t find it, send us an email so that we can help confirm if the payment went through or not.

Online payments are preferred. We can accept checks, money orders, MasterCard, American Express or Visa payments. Card and echeck payments can only be made through our online payment link. We cannot take payment by phone. International attendees may need to pay via wire transfer. Please contact our office for more information. We are unable to accept payment via paypal, venmo, zelle, etc. at this time.

If you receive an error message on the payment page:
If the error message is something about address matching, it is unable to be resolved. Our bank has not been able to figure out why it happens with some cards and not others, even when the card owner has verified information with their bank.
You can either try a different card, use the e-check option on the same payment form, or mail us a check. If you mail a check, please alert us by email.
