Payment Information

Please make online payments using the link(s) on your User Page or in the confirmation email(s) that you received, as those links are specific to your registration(s).
Card and echeck payments can only be made through our online payment link. We cannot take payment by phone.
We can accept checks, money orders, MasterCard, American Express or Visa payments.
We are unable to accept payment via paypal, venmo, etc. at this time.

***International registrants: For the State/Region field for the billing address, please enter “UU”. It is a required field, but isn’t really needed to process. Please let us know if you experience any difficulties. International registrants can also pay via wire transfer, if needed. Please contact our office for more information.

Please allow 1-2 business days for payments to be reflected on your User Page balance.

Deposits are due at the time of pre-registration or registration.
Full balances are due by May 31.
Those registering after May 31 will need to pay in full when registering.
We will never cancel unpaid registrations without first reaching out in at least two methods.
While we continue to work on automating processes, it currently takes us quite some time to process payments and communicate with all 1000+ participants.

When you successfully make an online payment with our form, you will see a confirmation page and get an automated email receipt. If you don’t see an email after seeing the confirmation page, please check your spam folder. If you still don’t find it, send us an email so that we can assist you.
The automated receipt email will come from: <noreply@mail.authorize.net>

If you receive an error message on the payment page:
If the error message is something about address matching, it is unable to be resolved. Our bank has not been able to figure out why it happens with some cards and not others, even when the card owner has verified information with their bank. We have recently made some changes so that the system will now accept PO Boxes for billing addresses.
You can either try a different card, use the e-check option on the same payment form, or mail us a check. If you mail a check, please alert us by email.

  1. You do not login to the payment page.

The first page should have a “submit” button.
If you do not see the button, you may not be using an updated browser or you may need
to use a computer, if on a mobile device.

The second page will take your card or account information.
When complete, you’ll click the “continue” button.

The third page will ask you to confirm that your entered information is correct.

The fourth page is the payment confirmation page. An automated email is also sent.
