You’ll first want to make sure that you’re not logged in as someone else.
You can create an account here: https://swangathering.com/new-account/ .
You will need to use a different email address than one already associated in our system with someone.
When you create an account, there will be an authentication email sent that will need confirmed, before you can use the account. If you don’t see the authentication email, please check the spam folder and then reach out to us if you still don’t see the email.

Pre-registration is an opportunity to reserve a spot for our early-bird class selections, which will occur a couple of weeks after we distribute the season’s course catalog (Feb./March). You’ll pay a deposit when you pre-register, which is non-refundable or transferable. It will be applied to your tuition fee, but is otherwise considered a processing fee. The order in which you pre-register does not affect your chances at getting the classes that you want, but pre-registering at all, does.

You can also reach out by email to get your registration ID (gathering@warren-wilson.edu)
In a pinch, as long as we can see a name that matches up (such as name on payment method), you can use 00000. We can match it manually to your registration.
